This Refund and Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made on swagvashtra.com (“we”, “our”, “us”).
Please read this page carefully before placing an order, as it describes timelines, eligibility, and the return process.
Return eligibility
A return policy should clearly state the time frame allowed and the conditions items must meet (for example unused, original packaging, and proof of purchase).
Unless a different condition is mentioned on the product page, returns are accepted only if the product is in unused/unworn condition with tags (if applicable) and original packaging.
Please keep the invoice/receipt (or order confirmation) as proof of purchase for any return/refund request.
Return window (edit this)

How to initiate a return

Return shipping / pickup charges (choose one)

Option A (common): If the return is due to our error (wrong item/defect/damage verified), we arrange pickup at no extra cost; otherwise return shipping may be deducted/borne by the customer.

Refunds
