Swag Vashtra sells women’s ethnic wear online to customers in India. You can reach us at swagvashtra@gmail.com.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and to give true, complete details when ordering. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and hand-finished prints and embroidery vary a little from piece to piece. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Prices are in Indian rupees. The delivery charge is shown before you pay, and the total at checkout is the amount you pay — there are no hidden charges.

You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets) or by cash on delivery. Online payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms; we never see or store your card or bank details.

Prices and offers can change without notice, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

Your order is confirmed when you see an order number starting with SV-. For online payments, this happens once Razorpay confirms the payment.

We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, if there was an obvious error in its price or description, if we cannot deliver to the address given, or if we suspect fraud. Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. We may stop offering cash on delivery on future orders from customers who repeatedly refuse parcels.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on the conditions in our returns & refunds policy.

The photographs, videos, text, logo and design of this site belong to Swag Vashtra. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or network outages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you place your order is the one that applies to it.
